Email subscribers receive early access beginning August 3, 2026. Preorders will open to the general public on August 4, 2026 and close on August 11, 2026, or while preorder quantities remain available.

When will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order following the close of the preorder window. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and fulfillment. You'll receive email updates throughout the process so you know exactly where your order stands.

Absolutely! Expanding into additional organizations is a major goal for Kaye Kollective. New collections will be introduced as official vendor licenses are secured. In the meantime, Kustom design inquiries are also welcomed.

How long do Kustom orders take?
Kustom orders typically take 4–6 weeks from design confirmation and deposit. Initial design concepts are provided within 5–7 business days, followed by production and shipping.

When does the timeline begin?
The production timeline begins once the design, sizing, quantity, and all other order details have been finalized and the required deposit has been received.
