All Kaye Kollective products are made to order during our preorder window. Because each item is produced specifically for our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kayekollective@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
